DR. JULES - Vocalist and pianist extraordinaire !

When he arrived in Germany from New York in the early 90s, London-born DR. JULES cultivated a reputation as an inspiring, exciting, and soul-stirring vocalist bolstered by his additional competences as both a pianist and guitar player.

As a pianist/vocalist, Dr. Jules plays a range of rock, popular and blues tunes from the last 60 years.

Amongst his most powerful songs include versions of popular classics such as "Walking in Memphis (Marc Cohn)", "Jessie (Joshua Kadison)", "Your Song (Elton John)", "Englishman in New York (Sting)", "Purple Rain (Prince)" and evergreens such as "My Way"

He plays everything from Ballads to Rock'n Roll, and has a memorized repertoire of over 300 songs. He can adapt his style to any particular situation, whether background music is required for a dinner accompaniment, or a raucous rock'n roll is required for a club.

His songs are performed in a style similar to his aforelisted mentors, but he also prides himself in presenting much of the material in his own, inimitable style.
